How to do it
- 1Charge or load fresh batteries.
- 2Pack spares in your bag.
- 3TRIM THE SKIRT: put on the skirt with your boots and mark the length you want. Carefully trim the plain tulle one layer at a time so the back doesn’t drag. Stay well below — and never cut through — any lights, wires or electrical components.
- 4OPTIONAL: BEDAZZLE THE BOOTS. Individually glue blue and silver rhinestones onto the white cowboy boots for even more sparkle.
